The company makes a deal directly with the vending operator. Employees log in with Google or Apple, scan the XVend sticker on the machine, and consume without paying. XVend manages the technology.
Before getting into details, let's be clear about who does what. There are 4 roles involved, each with a distinct function.
You own the machines and offer the service. Activate cashless, sign the deal with the company, receive money monthly.
The company that wants to offer free coffee/snacks to employees. Pays you monthly, manages the employee list.
Activate the account once with Google or Apple. When they scan the sticker on the machine with their phone, they're automatically recognized and consume within the allocation limit.
Provides the technology: dashboard for you and for the company, QR generation, consumption validation.
At activation, the employee connects once with their Google or Apple account. From then on, when scanning an XVend sticker on the machine, the system automatically recognizes them — no app, no additional account, no password.
Logs in with the same Google/Apple ID on the new phone. Identification works immediately, no reactivation needed.
The company revokes access from the dashboard. A thief can't consume on the employee's behalf.
The company deactivates the profile. The next payment is standard — Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The login used by Google and Apple is industry-standard. We don't see the password, we only get confirmation that it's you.
You (the operator) control everything. The client company has its own, more limited dashboard — sees only its employees and their consumption.
Every deal is different. Monthly allocation, time interval, product type — all configurable in the dashboard, no machine changes.
Max 30 coffees/month/employee. Or max €X/employee/month. You decide the limit.
Just 8:00-18:00. Or 24/7. Or only at lunch break. Configurable.
Coffee only. Or coffee + snacks. Or all products. You choose.
Only at the company office machine. Or across your entire machine network.
The client company offers free coffee to employees as a benefit. You, the operator, have a machine on-site and sell a monthly subscription. Win-win-win.
