On each purchase, a new stamp lights up. On the Xth, the last cell glows with a golden gift. When the customer pays for the Xth time, the system automatically detects it's a reward — the customer pays 0 RON, the machine dispenses the product, the program restarts from 0.
WHAT IT DOES

X+1 free,
fully automatic.

Set the "at X purchases, the X+1th is free" mechanism for a product or category. The system tracks automatically per customer (tied to their Google/Apple account). At the set threshold, the reward applies without any intervention — neither from you nor from the customer.

Important: the program only works for customers logged in with Google or Apple. It's the only way the system can recognize you consistently and track your purchases.
HOW TO CONFIGURE

4 steps from the dashboard.

  1. 1 Choose the product or category that enters the program (e.g., only espresso coffee, or all coffees, or all sandwiches).
  2. 2 Set the threshold: after how many purchases you want the next one free. Most popular: 5+1, 9+1, 10+1.
  3. 3 Choose which machines run the program. You can set globally (all your machines) or only for certain locations.
  4. 4 Activate. From that moment, every logged-in customer who buys the product automatically enters the program. You see everything in the dashboard, in real time.

FAQ

What operators ask.

Why is the Google or Apple account mandatory?
Because we need a stable customer identity to attribute purchases. Without an account, each scan would be anonymous and we'd have no way to count how many there were. Google/Apple ID is the simplest solution — no new password to remember, no app, just one tap on first use.
What happens with customers who don't want to log in?
They can buy normally with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, just without earning loyalty points. On the next purchase, the system asks again if they want to log in for benefits — no pressure.
How does the free product work: does the customer pay 0 or some other way?
The customer pays 0 RON. On screen clearly appears "LOYALTY REWARD · 0 RON" with gift badge. They tap, the machine dispenses the product, the program restarts from 0 stamps.
Can I run loyalty on multiple products simultaneously?
Yes. You can have different programs on different categories. For example: 9+1 on coffee, 5+1 on sandwiches, all in parallel. Each customer has separate tracking per program.
Does it work cross-location? If a customer buys at 2 different machines of mine?
Yes, if you include both in the program. Set which machines participate and stamps accumulate across them. That way the customer sees the benefit as your brand, not as a location.
Can I see which customers are close to the reward?
Yes. In the dashboard you have the list of active customers sorted by progress. See how many have 8/9, 7/9, 6/9, etc. Useful for segmentation and targeted communication in the future.
Does it work on POS too, or just QR?
Only on QR (sticker scanned with phone). On classic POS the customer doesn't log in, so we can't identify who's buying. If you want loyalty, customers must pay via QR with logged-in account.
Do I need to change hardware?
No. The standard XVend module supports loyalty, it's just a dashboard setting.
