The orange banner is the first thing the customer sees. It grabs attention, communicates urgency (timer + stock) and convinces them to buy the targeted product. Other products remain visible for those who want something else.
HOW TO CONFIGURE

5 steps, all from the dashboard.

  1. 1 Choose the machine (or a list of machines) where you have the targeted stock.
  2. 2 Select the product from the list loaded in the machine. The system already knows what products you have and at what price.
  3. 3 Set the discount: percentage (-30%) or new fixed price (8.4 RON). Optionally, you can also set a temporary increase (e.g.: +15% on cold water during a heatwave).
  4. 4 Set the duration: until a specific date/time, or until stock runs out (the system tracks every sale).
  5. 5 Activate. Immediately, the offer appears highlighted on the phone of every customer who scans the machine's sticker. When it expires or stock runs out, the offer disappears automatically.

FAQ

What operators ask.

Can I run Dynamic Pricing and Happy Hour in parallel on the same machine?
Yes. They're complementary features. Happy Hour is on categories and time ("all coffee -30% between 14-16"), Dynamic Pricing is on specific product and situation ("this sandwich -30% today"). When a customer scans, they see both offers if active.
If I set "until stock runs out", how does the system know how much stock I have?
From the machine's configuration in the dashboard. When you load products, you declare initial stock. The system deducts from stock on every sale. When stock reaches 0, the offer automatically disappears — even if the deadline hasn't expired.
Can I increase the price, not just reduce it?
Yes. Dynamic Pricing works in both directions. Set -30% (discount) or +15% (temporary increase). Useful in high-demand situations: heatwave, special events, unexpected peak hours.
What does the customer see on screen during a price increase?
Only the new price (+15%), without crossed-out or special badge. We don't highlight price increases — it would be counterproductive for customer experience. Discounts are highlighted with a badge and old crossed-out price.
Need a Google or Apple account?
No. The promotion applies to every customer who scans the machine's sticker, regardless of how they pay. Login is only relevant for Cashless and Loyalty.
Does it work on POS too?
Yes. Configuration is in the dashboard, the offer applies regardless of payment channel — QR on phone or directly on the POS terminal.
Can I schedule a promotion for the future?
Yes. Set the start date and time, plus duration. The promotion stays "scheduled" in the dashboard until activation, then automatically goes "live".
